4. User Responsibilities

  • Students must perform tasks diligently, adhere to professional standards, and respect the confidentiality of company information.



5. Fees and Payments

  • Talent Shift may charge fees for certain services. These fees will be communicated transparently before service activation.
  • All payments must be made promptly. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.



6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Talent Shift is not liable for any disputes between users (e.g., businesses and students).
  • We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the misuse of the platform or services.
  • Talent Shift does not guarantee the accuracy or success of talent matches or project outcomes.



8. Termination

  • Talent Shift reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms or engages in prohibited activities.

  • Both businesses and students agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during collaborations.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Goteborg, Sweden . Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sweden.
